First Coast Families with Children from China is a Chinese adoption support group for families in Jacksonville, the Beaches, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, and the surrounding areas who have adopted children from China. We offer information and support before and after adoption, special events, education about Chinese culture, and a community of friendly people. If you have adopted, are considering adopting, are an adoptee, or are a waiting family, please look through our site, then contact us with your information and adoption status. Coming this Fall: Award-winning Author Grace Lin!

Children’s author Grace Lin is officially coming to the First Coast, thanks to our FCC volunteers! Grace will be speaking in several to-be-announced locations in Jacksonville. Her visit will be wrapped up with a special event which will be EXCLUSIVE to our First Coast FCC members kids! Even better, we have books available for purchase, please email Jackie Jones at membership@firstcoastfcc.org. Family Dinners

Join us as we gather for food, fun, and friendship – plus crafts for the kids – at various local restaurants. Typically, we meet on a select Saturday of select months (except February and December), but please watch our Yahoo Group and member emails for dates, times and locations.
